Some is using ur website to hack into my emails/phone and TV as well as Microsoft i no longer have accessto the email they're using. How do I get them off and secure my accounts?

I believe they're using ntykwinski1014@gmail.com or ntykwinski2011@gmail.com to get into my accounts. I no longer store my passwords on my phone. Just took off all passkeys because whomever has access to my phone can use the pin number or whatever method to get in. Can u please help?

Data breach notification from Mozilla Monitor but breach not shown on dashboard

I received an email from Mozilla Monitor saying that there was a breach at Amtrak and my email address was exposed. However, when I go to my dashboard on Mozilla Monitor… (čitajće wjace)

I received an email from Mozilla Monitor saying that there was a breach at Amtrak and my email address was exposed. However, when I go to my dashboard on Mozilla Monitor there is no mention of a breach at Amtrak. Should I conclude that the email was an attempt at phishing?
